Ted is our Managing Director, resides in Colorado and has over 25 years experience in sales, leadership, recruiting, talent management, sourcing and resume review.
Ted is very much a hands-on leader with depth of experience in working with clients of all sizes and complexities. He welcomes phone calls and emails to discuss your particulars- in strictest confidence, of course.

Ted (and HITsearch) has a national network to source and place qualified candidates in healthcare sales, healthcare technology and technology sales roles. He’s an expert in all aspects of the search process and is very much a creative thinker.
Ted’s background includes senior roles at national recruiting firms, senior sales roles as well as sales and marketing research. He started his career as a vocational consultant before migrating into HR, sale and then recruiting. His unique mix of analytical skills, people skills, corporate healthcare and technology recruiting, sales and human resources have trained him to be a good listener. This background has helped him to develop life-long partnerships with clients of all sizes, from the Fortune 10 to startups to overseas firms seeking to break into the American markets.
Originally from Michigan, Ted also resided in Seattle, Chicago and south Florida before moving to Colorado many years ago. He’s truly the driving force behind HITsearch.
When Ted’s not hard at work leading the team or working on your search, you may find him skiing, mountain biking, hiking around the mountains or performing music (he’s a drummer). Ted has a Master of Arts in Change Management for Complex Organizations from Antioch University (Seattle), and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology/Philosophy from Loyola University (Chicago).
