HITsearch was formed by two highly experienced placement specialists with depth of experience in information technology, sales, executive placement and healthcare technology. HITsearch has offices in Colorado and Florida and are national in scope. We have highly mature client relationship and recruiting processes developed (often the hard way!) over many years. We’re agile, we move quickly on client requests, and we typically treat a search as a consulting project, with clear goals, timelines and deadlines. We have a clearly defined Code of Ethics that we hold ourselves to and seek to be a no-surprises organization.
Perhaps it sounds a bit trite, but our two principals founded HITsearch based upon the old-fashioned values of transparency, candor, frankness, fair business practice and above-board business dealings with our clients, our candidates and our associates. After working for others for many years, we put our experience to work for a select group of clients. We are definitely not a volume shop, nor do we “throw resumes against the wall to see what sticks.”
Every placement is different, just like every team is different and every person and situation is different. We don’t pigeonhole the people we find, nor pre-judge what we’re being tasked with doing. We listen. We think creatively and tailor specific, well-qualified people and solutions to you and to your team. We’re understand the needs of for-profits and non-for-profits.

We use a simple, one-page master services agreement that spells everything out in plain English. When you engage us, we take ownership and get to work. We treat your search exactly as we would a paid consulting agreement, with deadlines and target dates for specific activities.
Before we send you a summary or a resume, we screen and interview all candidates to ensure a good technical match as well as a good cultural fit- based upon the parameters that we discuss in advance.
When speaking with candidates, we’re your advocate. We craft strong reasons why they should consider you and your team- because having an outsider (like us) tell your story is always more powerful and compelling.
